NASHUA — Fire officials said a quick response kept a fire contained to one apartment in a six-unit building Tuesday night.

Firefighters responded to the blaze at 37 Central St. about 9:30 p.m.

The residents in the apartment building left the building on their own; there were no injuries, officials said.
