LACONIA - A man was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center after he was ejected when his pickup rolled several times Saturday, authorities said.

Police didn't identify the man, but said speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the accident at Meredith Center and Lane Road about 6:45 p.m.

Police said they found the pickup on its roof in the westbound lane of Meredith Center Road and said they found the driver a short distance away.

Police said there is evidence the truck crossed the center line, crashed into a roadside embankment and rolled at least four times.

Anyone with information can call Officer Sickler or Officer Shortt at the Laconia Police Department, 524-5252.
