Bradford Anderson

Bradford Anderson, a native of the town of Meredith, in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, has been acting since he was a young boy. Born July 22, 1980 to Bill Anderson and Noni Smith, Bradford was encouraged by his mother to act early on. He played the part of Tiny Tim for the Laconia Street Company in a professional production of A Christmas Carol at the age of 6.

Later, as a junior at Inter-Lakes High School, he took a part in a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and spent some time at a summer theatre camp where he decided that he wanted to become an actor. He graduated in 1998 and studied drama at the Tisch School of Performing Arts at New York University. He also joined the Philadelphia Theatre Company and was nominated for a Barrymore Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Billy Gray in a production of The Goat or, Who is Sylvia? while he was with the company. He reprised the role at the Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. to rave reviews.

In 2005, Anderson moved to Hollywood and he began to establish himself as an actor almost immediately by landing a recurring role on Veronica Mars. By September 2006, he took a role on daytime television as the quirky computer hacker Damien Spinelli on General Hospital. The character was modeled in part after Spicolli, a character played by Sean Penn in the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High. The character of Damien Spinelli became so popular that Anderson was offered a contract, which he accepted, in May 2007.

Anderson cites Johnny Depp, Gary Oldman, Don Knotts and Justin Long as influences.

In 2007, Anderson branched out into the movie realm. He appears in the films Kissing Cousins, the upcoming Carts and he began filming for American Pie: Beta House.
