Nashua pair charged in wiretapping of witness

NASHUA — Two Tolles Street residents were arrested Monday morning, charged with secretly recording a witness’ private conversation from a previous investigation, police said.

Zachary Madison, 27, was charged with wiretapping, a Class B felony, Brittney Bellino, 25, was charged with conspiracy to commit wiretapping during their arrest about 9:40 a.m. Both charges are Class B felonies.

Madison and Bellino both live at 92.5 Tolles St., police said.

They each were being held at the Valley Street jail in Manchester on $5,000 cash bail pending arraignment Tuesday in Nashua Circuit Court.
