Built by a Native American Culture or a migrant European population? No one knows for sure.

A maze of man-made chambers, walls and ceremonial meeting places, America's Stonehenge is most likely the oldest man-made construction in the United States (over 4000 years old).

Like Stonehenge in England, America's Stonehenge was built by ancient people well versed in astronomy and stone construction. It has been determined that the site is an accurate astronomical calendar. It was, and still can be, used to determine specific solar and lunar events of the year. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the 105 acres of woodlands and wildlife at America's Stonehenge.
Alpacas:
America's Stonehenge is also home to seven friendly alpacas.  Come visit the herd and learn more about these interesting animals.  Three babies, or cria, have already been born on the property, with more to come.

Snowshoeing:
Our trails wind through 105 acres of woodlands and wildlife. Snowshoeing is fun and easy for all ages! In addition they offer Candlelight Snowshoeing experiences. Candles softly glow as you meander under a blanket of stars. Warm up in our toasty log cabin with complementary hot chocolate and cookies.
Snowshoeing:
There is also a kid's gemstone dig where children 12 and under can learn about archaeology while digging for polished stones.
