Loon Mountain is home to three peaks including recently opened South Peak. Skiers & riders choose Loon for terrain that will keep everyone happy, from steep bump runs, long cruisers, tree skiing, the Loon Mountain Park and superpipe, to gentler beginner runs and a Burton Progression Park. The Adventure Center serves as the nordic skiing and snowshoe center, with an indoor climbing wall and an ice skating rink. The area also has lift-serviced and walk-up snowtubing. Over $1.8 million was invested over the summer to increase snowmaking and improve grooming. Loon is New England's most accessible mountain resort destination located only two hours from Boston, right off I-93. The Unconditional Guarantee promises that if you're not satisfied with the conditions, you can come back and visit Loon another day this season.

Loon has a total of 7 terrain parks, including a new trail, Dropline, home of The Burton Progression Park. Loon's Park Staff makes sure there's terrain for every ability - from the Burton Progression Park where skiers and snowboarders learn about jumps, hits and rails, to the signature Loon Mountain Park and features including the 32-foot high wall ride and the Shaping Shack Hubba. This winter, we’re offering two new parks built specifically for families: The Burton Riglet Park and Lil’ Stash.
