Black Mountain is the oldest continually operating ski area in New Hampshire. Nestled among pastures and farmlands in the quaint village of Jackson, New Hampshire, Black Mountain is the quintessential New England ski destination.
Beginners can relax and improve their skills on Sugarbush and Black Beauty. Experts, test your skills on the super steep Mr. Rew or the winding narrows of Upper Galloping Goose. Check out the Lostbo Glades or Carter Notch for some of the finest tree skiing in the East. Whatever your ability, Black Mountain has something to offer.
Black Mountain is perfect for beginners of all ages, but there is also lots of challenging terrain for advanced skiers and riders too. Black Mountain is known for its narrow, wooded trails and glades, a wonderful reminder of how the sport was intended to be!
