Hudson man arrested on fugitive charge related to Vermont sex assault

HUDSON — A local man wanted by Vermont State Police in connection with a sexual assault of a juvenile was arrested Tuesday on a fugitive from justice charge, Hudson police said.

David Fahey, 47, was arrested in the Market Basket parking lot at 212 Lowell Road by local police in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Apprehension Unit, a release said.

No bail was set for Fahey, who is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Nashua circuit court, police said.
