MANCHESTER — Manchester police are asking for the public’s help to identify the man who stole cash from a city landscaping business on Tuesday afternoon.

Officers went to Pro Landscape, 225 Eddy Road, on the report of a theft at 2:50 p.m.

An unknown male took an undisclosed amount of cash from the business while an employee was helping a customer outside the business, police officials said.

Manchester police released three images of the thief, and said he was a white man with a thin build, about 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 with short brown hair and dark facial hair.

The thief was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark gray undershirt.

Authorities said the man fled on foot and was last seen heading toward the Shell Gas Station at 245 Eddy Road.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Manchester Police Department at 668-8711.
