CONCORD — A reception for “Fairy Tales & Fantasies” will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the League of NH Craftsmen headquarter, 49 S. Main St.

“Each piece in this exhibition tells a distinct story drawn from the imagination of the crafts person,” said Catherine Green, the league’s standards manager.

The creations will be on display through June 15. Gallery hours are Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors are invited to meet the artists at the reception, which is held in conjunction with the New Hampshire Furniture Masters Association and its exhibition “Looking Back: Vintage Works” at the league. For more information, call 224-3375 or visit
