Police: Lowell, Mass., man was driving stolen car on Nashua highway

NASHUA - Police looking for a stolen car on the F.E. Everett Turnpike Saturday morning pulled the car over about 11 a.m. and arrested the Lowell, Mass., man who was driving on several charges.

The car had been stolen in Woburn, Mass., police said.

Theodore Legatos, 48, of 1 Garin Terrace, Lowell, was charged with receiving stolen property, a Class A felony, as well as misdemeanor driving after suspension and misuse/failure to display plates, a violation, police said.

Legatos was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
