Nashua police arrest 7 on drug charges in Operation Granite Shield

NASHUA — Six city residents and a Hudson woman were arrested Monday on drug charges as part of Operation Granite Shield, police said Friday.

Brandon Callahan, 36, of 241 Broad St., was charged with two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl, second offense. He was held on $50,000 cash bail and was scheduled for arraignment Friday.

Hector Rodriguez, 24, of 7 Union St., Apt. 1, was charged with one felony count of sale of a controlled drug, cocaine, second offense. He was held on $25,000 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

With prior drug convictions, Callahan and Rodriguez face enhanced penalties if they are convicted, police said.

John Panos, 37, of 19 Fairmount St., 2nd Floor, was charged with four felony counts of sale of cocaine, and felony counts of possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Panos was held on $100,000 cash bail and was scheduled for arraignment Friday.

Christopher Hayes, 36, of 40 Chestnut St., was charged with felony sale of cocaine, second offense. Hayes refused bail and was to be arraigned Friday.

Joshua Vandal, 31, of 18 Cedar St., was arrested on a felony charge of possession of cocaine. With a prior drug conviction, police said Vandal faces an enhanced penalty. Vandal was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

Hayes and Vandal face enhanced penalties due to prior drug convictions, police said.

Michael Come Jr., 26, of 32 Paxton Terrace, was arrested on a warrant for a felony charge of possession of a controlled drug, police said. Come was held without bail.

Danielle Marshall, 27, of 17 Dugout Road, Hudson, was arrested on three counts of sale of heroin. She was held on $50,000 cash or surety bail and was to be arraigned Friday, police said.
