North Conway hiker helped off Mt. Kearsarge in Bartlett

BARTLETT — A North Conway hiker needed help off Mt. Kearsarge Tuesday after she slipped and hurt her ankle, Fish and Game officials said.

Conservation officers received a 911 call about 6:30 p.m. from Stephanie Karl, 28, asking for help. Officers helped her off the mountain, arriving in the parking area about 9:40 p.m., officials said.
