NH High School Roundup: Pinkerton blanks Salem

Ashlee Dubois scored her third goal of the season and Macy Graves added one in Pinkerton's 2-0 win over host Salem in Division I girls' soccer on Saturday. Nicole Alves and Enya Vanasse-Lageaux added assists for Pinkerton (3-2-1), and goalie Reagan Kolinski had three saves. Salem dropped to 2-4.
John Stark 7, Kennett 0: In Weare, Cara Easter and Abby Brandt each provided a pair of scores to help John Stark remain undefeated at 6-0-1. The Generals also picked up single goals from Lexi Knapton, Megan Gawthorp and Cady Loos while Chelsea Woodsum had two assists. Kennett is 1-5.
Littleton 1, Profile 0: In Franconia, Olivia Corrigan found the net. Profile fell to 4-2.
Goffstown 4, Plymouth 1: In Goffstown, Mandi Dovas scored twice for Goffstown while Lilly Proulx and Kelly Walsh added single tallies. Plymouth is 0-4.
Hopkinton 5, Bishop Brady 0: In Concord, Gerry Donahue continued his torrid start to the season with four of Hopkinton's five goals. Donahue paired his goals around a strike fron Derek West. Sam Crawford made three saves to complete Hopkinton's shutout. Bishop Brady slipped to 0-4.
Epping 3, Mascenic 0: In New Ipswich on Friday, Anna Re had one ace, 11 kills, 18 digs and six blocks to pace Epping's first win. Gabi Hughes (24 digs), Belle Snyder (nine kills and 14 digs) and setter Oakley Lustenberger (six digs and 27 assists) pitched in for the Blue Devils (1-2).
Londonderry 3, Alvirne 0: In Londonderry on Friday, Maddie Sanborn had 11 kills and Anna Haas had 16 assists for the Lancers (5-1).
Pinkerton 5, Salem 0: In Salem, Marley Mailloux and Meg Michaud each scored twice for Pinkerton (5-0). Lacey Cheney added a goal and an assist. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Salem (3-2).
Windham 11, Oyster River 0: In Durham on Thursday, Kate Blaisdell scored five goals and Taryn Livingston added four for Windham (5-1). Oyster River fell to 1-3-1.
Gilford 8, Franklin 0: In Gilford, Nicole Berube logged one goal and five assists and teammate Kellie Ryan added two goals and an assist for the Golden Eagles (6-1). Laurel Gingrich also scored twice and Ella Harris tallied her first varsity goal for Gilford. Franklin is 0-5.
Girls: Manchester West's Julia Robitaille topped the field at the Nashua-North South Cross Country Invitational on Saturday in Nashua. She finished the 5-kilometer course in 18 minutes, 18.9 seconds. Meghan Cross of Pinkerton was second (19:19.3), Mikayla Randall of Keene was third (19:19.9) and Nashua South's Cali Coffin was fourth (19:27.0). Vermont's Champlain Valley took the team title, with Pinkerton second, followed by Merrimack, Concord and Nashua South.
Boys: Nashua North's David Vorbach won the boys' race Saturday in Nashua, finishing in 16:02.4. Concord's Forest Mackenzie (16:18.7) was second, followed by Pinkerton's Joseph Gagnon (16:20.7), Concord's Eli Boesch Dining (16:24.8) and Concord's Nate Nichols (16:31.0). Concord took the team title, followed by Nashua North, Londonderry and Pinkerton.
