Inmate James Jay Radler challenges NH warrant for DNA sample

BEVERLY — A man awaiting trial in what prosecutors have called a “one-man crime spree” that was solved with DNA evidence is suing the state of New Hampshire for taking a DNA sample from him in an attempt to prove another case. Radler, 52, was suspected around the country in similar “smash and grab” burglaries of jewelry stores, including other burglaries in Massachusetts and two at the same Portsmouth, New Hampshire, jewelry store.
