Honor Our Veterans event on Aug. 24

On Aug. 24, from 3 to 6 p.m., the Friends of Jane Cormier will be offering a free dinner event for New Hampshire veterans.

The “meet and greet” for Senate District 16 candidate Jane Cormier will be hosted by Rep. Al Baldasaro and will feature a spaghetti dinner with salad, bread, beverage and dessert.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to say thank you to our New Hampshire veterans for their service and sacrifice. This dinner will honor the very best of our citizens,” Cormier said.

Rep. Cormier served this session in the NH House of Representatives for Belknap District 8. After recently moving to Hooksett to be closer to their family business in Manchester, Jane decided to face State Sen. David Boutin for the District 16 Senate seat.

The Honor Our Veterans event will be held at the American Legion Post 37, 5 Riverside St., Hooksett. Tickets are available at janecormier.org or by calling 781-5695.
