$104M whistleblower on parole to appeal DWI conviction
PORTSMOUTH — A federal whistleblower who was paid $104 million for information about offshore banking was sentenced Monday for driving while intoxicated near a police roadblock, but notified the court that he intends to appeal his conviction.
