NH has nation's fewest underprivileged children despite no broad-based tax

New Hampshire ranked first, while Mississippi ranked 51st. The report found Mississippi's infant death rate is two times higher than Alaska's, while the percentage of children in foster care is six times higher in the District of Columbia than in Virginia.
