Mass. man accused in NH teen's sexual assault

NASHUA — A Massachusetts man is under arrest, accused in the 2012 sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy.

David Johansen, 26, of 26 David Road, Carver, Mass., was arrested Wednesday morning as a fugitive from New Hampshire on a Nashua warrant charging him with aggravated felonious sexual assault, a Class A felony.

He waived extradition in Barnstable County (Mass.) District Court and was transported to the Nashua Police Department.

The teen reported the alleged assault on March 28, more than 18 months after it happened. He told investigators that Johansen, who he knows, sexually assaulted him in August of 2012.

Johansen is being held on $50,000 cash bail pending arraignment Thursday in 9th Circuit Court - Nashua District Division.
