Nashua woman arrested for gun buy
MERRIMACK — A Nashua woman is accused of making false statements on a federal application needed to purchase a firearm.
Janice Warner, 51, of 9 Booth St., was arrested Saturday on an outstanding warrant on a misdemeanor charge of unsworn falsification.
The arrest warrant is based on an investigation that began April 14 and involved false information Warner allegedly submitted on a federal application to buy a firearm, police said.
She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending a Sept. 2 arraignment in 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division.
