State: Teen was plied with alcohol’ by Dover man
DOVER — During opening statements Tuesday in Samuel Coffey’s rape trial, Assistant County Attorney Alysia Cassotis said this is not a case of drunken teenaged sex. This is one of three cases the state has against Coffey for inappropriate sexual activity with minors. He was indicted by a grand jury in May on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl from another town.
