County attorney seeks to vacate conviction in Tilton meth case citing police misconduct
LACONIA — The Belknap County Attorney has agreed to ask a judge to vacate a Belmont woman's conviction for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine because the state accepted her guilty plea before disclosing that the lead detective was the subject of a misconduct investigation which reflected negatively on his character and credibility.
