Plaistow lawyer to plead guilty to boating fatal, trial to begin on boat rape of boy

Lawrence Buswell, 53, of 11 Lions Way in Kingston will go on trial in Rockingham Superior Court for felonious sexual assault after he allegedly raped the 15-year-old on a boat on Country Pond three years ago. Buswell already is expected to spend time behind bars because he is scheduled to plead guilty Aug. 14 in a negligent homicide case.
