Truck flips on I-93 at Exit 4 on-ramp in Londonderry

State Department of Transportation workers collect insulation from a truck after it flipped on the Iinterstate 93 Exit 4 on-ramp in Londonderry Friday morning. Hunter McGee

LONDONDERRY — Traffic was backed up on Route 102 near the Exit 4 on-ramp of Interstate 93 Friday morning after a truck flipped over on the northbound ramp.

No injuries were reported.

The driver of the truck was turning left onto the ramp from Route 102 about 6 a.m. when the incident occurred, according to state Department of Transportation employees.

They were called to the scene because the truck damaged some pedestrian crossing equipment, said Camden White, a signal technician with the state DOT.

The Pine State Trading Co. truck was carrying food, White said. A tow truck was brought in, and the vehicle was righted.
