MANCHESTER — Three women have been named to fill administrative positions within the school district.
Christi Michaud, currently a principal in Windham, and Jennifer Gillis, an assistant principal in Goffstown, have been conditionally named as the next principals for Hallsville Elementary School and Southside Middle School, respectively.
The city’s Board of School Committee must still approve the hiring of Michaud and Gillis.
Superintendent Debra Livingston said the two were conditionally hired before the next committee meeting on Aug. 11 to help both schools prepare for the upcoming school year.
Michaud is a former teacher of more than 10 years of Green Acres Elementary in Manchester. She left the district in 2009 to become the assistant principal at Golden Brook School in Windham.
Gillis has been the assistant principal at Mountain View Middle School in Goffstown since 2008.
Kristen Withee, who has 15 years of elementary education experience, was named assistant principal of Webster Elementary School.
