Police expect more arrests in Somersworth pizza delivery robbery

COLE WILL

SOMERSWORTH — As part of an ongoing investigation, a local man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a violent attack of a pizza delivery driver earlier this month.

Cole Will, 18, of 31½ Green St., was charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and falsifying physical evidence in connection with the robbery and assault of a delivery driver from the Somersworth House of Pizza July 2.

Using forensic evidence and assistance from members of the public, investigators allegedly linked Will to the robbery which occurred at 51 Green St.

Further arrests are expected in this case, according to police.

Will, who was arrested without incident at his residence, is scheduled to appear for an arraignment Thursday at 10:45 a.m. in 7th Circuit Court-District Division-Dover.

Anyone with information about the matter is encouraged to contact the Somersworth Police Department at 692-3131 or use the Somersworth Crime Line at 692-9111.
