BELMONT — After hearing a presentation from Master Patrol Officer Evan Boulanger about the town's need for a K-9 police dog, selectmen last evening unanimously agreed to the proposal. The money, about $16,000, would come from an $18,000 pool of drug forfeiture money that must be spent on drug intervention work.
