Plea deal for ex-firefighter charged with arson postponed
NEWMARKET — Exactly one year after setting his last known residence ablaze, Donald Dubbs of Newmarket was brought into Strafford County Superior Court to accept a plea deal. After much discussion, however, the judge postponed accepting the plea due to questions concerning Dubbs' competency.
