Pease subsidizing Allegiant Air by waiving landing fees to help it succeed
PORTSMOUTH — Pease Development Authority Executive Director David Mullen is hopeful the no-fees approach at the Pease International Airport will help make Allegiant Air successful. "If they're making $5.33 per passenger on average, the fact that we don't charge them a landing fee, the fact we don't charge them any user fees," Mullen said. "That could help make them profitable."
