YMCA's Community Nights at Kingston's Camp Lincoln

KINGSTON - In an effort to say "thank you" to the community for its donations and support, the nonprofit Southern District YMCA is offering Community Nights from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, June 24, July 15 and Aug. 12, at Camp Lincoln, 67 Ball Road. The nights are free and open to the public. No reservations are required. On Tuesday, the staff plans to fire up the grill and serve a free dinner to all visitors. Families also are welcome to enjoy camp amenities, including boating, swimming, archery, and a climbing wall. The evening will end with a bonfire and marshmallow toasting.

YWCA NH offers support group for young parents

MANCHESTER - YWCA NH will continue its Young Parents Support Group beginning Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. at 72 Concord St.


This weekly support group is free for young parents and young expecting parents up to age 25. Child care and dinner is provided at no cost. Parents also will have an opportunity to weigh their babies, and a free family photo shoot is planned in July.The program is offered through the Family Education Collaborative, which includes YWCA NH, Child & Family Services, UNH Manchester and the UNH Cooperative Extension.
