Fish and Game told gutting deer baiting season hurts handicapped hunters
Sonny Martin, who owns and operates Martin's Agway, said the change in the regulations will severely curtail baiting. He said baiting, or the use of attractants, has been a traditional part of hunting. Martin said the decision will hurt his business. He said an injury has hampered his ability to walk and baiting allows him to still hunt.
