Weston Elementary in Manchester makes $15K computer equipment purchase thanks to donation


MANCHESTER — Weston Elementary School has purchased $15,000 in computer equipment through a donation made by Dunkin’ Donuts.The Manchester School District said in a release Friday that the money was used to purchase 25 classroom media centers, including a large monitor, Chromebook and streaming device.According to the release, the technology allows whatever is displayed on the Chromebook to be shown to the entire classroom on the television monitor.

Weston staff will also set up a media center at the Hanover Street Dunkin’ Donuts for a display on how the technology is working in the classroom.
