Search warrant details probe into alleged illegal recording at Nelson's town offices

NELSON Residents' allegations that town officials taped and eavesdropped on their private conversations inside and outside of the town offices led N.H. State Police to seek a search warrant, according to court documents.
State Police then seized equipment from the building on Nelson Common Road in late March in their investigation into whether officials used audio and/or video surveillance to record discussions.
