Search warrant details probe into alleged illegal recording at Nelson's town offices
NELSON — Residents' allegations that town officials taped and eavesdropped on their private conversations inside and outside of the town offices led N.H. State Police to seek a search warrant, according to court documents.
State Police then seized equipment from the building on Nelson Common Road in late March in their investigation into whether officials used audio and/or video surveillance to record discussions.
