Founder of Seacoast charity for abused women arrested over purchase of diamond ring
PORTSMOUTH — The founder of a local charity for abused women, Oneta Bobbett, is facing three criminal charges related to her purchase of a diamond ring from a downtown shop, as it was run by squabbling business partners, according to new court records.
