Local Jokester

See Juston McKinney at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord this weekend. The New England native grew up on the border of New Hampshire and Maine. After college he became a deputy Sheriff, patrolling the mean streets of rural Maine. After switching to comedy, McKinney did stand-up at many clubs in New York City. He has had two Comedy Central specials including his half-hour 'Comedy Central Presents' and most recently a one-hour special 'Juston McKinney-A Middle-Class Hole,' which was released on DVD and audio CD. He has appeared numerous times on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and also on the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. He was also chosen to be part of the Blue Collar Comedy Next Generation Tour, with Bill Engvall, which aired on TBS. Tickets are $20-25.
