N.H. woman sentenced to community service for barking dogs

Marcia H. Young, 58, was found guilty in 8th Circuit Court District Division in Keene in March of one count of having dogs that are a menace, nuisance or vicious. The charge is classified as a violation, and stemmed from an October 2013 complaint that Young’s dogs were disturbing the peace by barking at night, according to court documents.
