Concord investigates armed home invasion where 16-year-olds were threatened

CONCORD — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men who broke into an apartment on Concord Street Wednesday between 7:30 and 8 p.m. and threatened the two 16-year-olds inside.

One of the men was armed with a handgun, and the other had a knife, police said. The two teenagers were bound with tape and robbed of cash and a handgun. A 7-year-old child in the apartment was not harmed The two were white, about 6 feet tall with medium builds, in their late teens or early 20s. They were dressed in dark clothing and had cloth face masks.

Concord police ask anyone with information about the robbery to contact them at 225-8600 or through Concord Regional Crimeline at 226-3100. Crimeline awards cash to anyone whose information leads to the arrest and indictment of criminals. All tips remain anonymous.
