3 arrested in Manchester on burglary charges
MANCHESTER — Police arrested three city residents Sunday night in connection with a reported burglary.
Police were called to a residence at 199 Wilson St. at 8:30 p.m. to investigate a report of a burglary and assault. Based on information provided by the victims, police went to an apartment at 244 Wilson St. where they encountered a woman who had barricaded herself inside using a bat.
Police gained entry and arrested three occupants of the apartment. Melissa Murray, 36, of Manchester was arrested on burglary and second-degree assault charges, which could be upgraded to first-degree, said police.
Tyler Murray, 19, and Amuri Diole, 20, also both of Manchester, were arrested on burglary charges.
All three are scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
