SNHU netters honored

The Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team earned three Northeast-10 All-Conference selections as the league announced its annual All-Conference teams on Tuesday.

In doubles play, SNHU's No. 1 doubles tandem of Diana Vamvakitis and Sarah Schöllgen earned Second Team All-Conference honors, as did the No. 2 doubles team of Jamie Hann and Kirsten Jean of Bedford.

In singles play, Vamvakitis was an NE-10 Third Team selection at No. 1.

Dartmouth rips St. A

Jeff Keller ripped three doubles and scored four runs to lead the Dartmouth College baseball team past St. Anselm 16-8 on Tuesday at Red Rolfe Field at Biondi Park, Hanover.

Thomas Roulis and Nick Lombardi each drove in four runs, the latter with a grand slam, as Dartmouth improved to 13-19 overall. St. Anselm dropped to 12-27.

For St. Anselm, Dan Lagasse doubled and tripled while driving in a pair, and Jon McQuarrie had a double and single for two RBIs.

PSU tops Keene State

Freshman Curtis Arsenault of Berlin allowed one run on four hits and a walk over seven inning to lead Plymouth State University to a 3-1 victory over Keene State College on Tuesday at Panther Park.

PSU improved to 16-13 and 4-6 in the Little East Conference. KSC dropped to 7-16, 2-8.

Spencer Webb pitched two scoreless innings to earn the save.
