Hampstead restaurant owner appears on Food Network to develop iconic American snack

Sean Hopkins, owner of Lobster Q at the Hampstead Village Station on Route 111, will appear on the premiere episode of “Rewrapped,” a new Food Network program, airing tonight at 8. In the show, competitors are charged with creating iconic American snack foods from scratch and using them in completely original dishes, all within a tight timeframe, according to the network.
