Cynthia's Challenge raises $31K to help buy service dog
“It was an incredible show of support by the local community and also from King Pine whose ski patrol, lift operators and many additional employees volunteered their time to see the event through the night. We feel fortunate to be able to make this large contribution to Cynthia’s life. With the service dog by her side it will allow her to live more independently,” said Alexandra Coakley, marketing coordinator for Purity Spring Resort and the Hoyt Family of Businesses.
The Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge was held the same day at King Pine, and the Dew Crew stayed through the night to provide music and entertainment for Cynthia’s Challenge.
Cynthia’s Challenge also recognizes the following businesses for their support: Attitash Grand Summit Hotel, Bavarian Chocolate Haus, Bagels Plus, Believe in Books, Boyle’s Market, D’Angelos, Easy Care Crate Mats, Friendlies, Flatbread Pizza, Indian Mound Golf Course, Inn at Crystal Lake, Leavitts Bakery, PepsiCo, Province Lake Golf Course, Rosies, Santa’s Village, Silver Lake Massage Therapy, SnoCountry, Starbucks, StoryLand, Subway in Ossipee, Sweet Maple Cafe, The Sound Resort and The Valley Originals.
