Judge dismisses suit filed by cities against EPA over Great Bay decision


PORTSMOUTH — A federal judge this week dismissed a lawsuit the city filed against the Environmental Protection Agency. Portsmouth, along with the cities of Dover and Rochester, challenged the EPA's decision to put the Great Bay Estuary on its impaired water list, according to a copy of the decision issued by U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates, which was released Monday.
