Supreme Court rules against Alstead woman trying to stay at mobile home park; case argued by non-lawyer daughter

She and her daughter, Shelley J. Crosby, hired an attorney Jonathan R. Evans to fight her case in 8th Circuit Court District Division in Keene, but they were unsuccessful. And when Evans declined to appeal the case, Crosby took on the role of attorney and represented her mother before the Supreme Court in November.
