Portsmouth officer named heir disputed dementia diagnosis of his wealthy benefactor

PORTSMOUTH — The same day Geraldine Webber was diagnosed at the local hospital as having mild dementia and being in need of a guardian, a police officer now accused of financially exploiting her told a doctor that Webber "does not have dementia."
