Lobbyists criticize lawmakers for not wanting to jail people who posses less than an ounce of pot, claim 'public health nightmare' looms




Forty years and billions spent on the so-called war on drugs yet New Hampshire is facing a "drug abuse epidemic" and is moving steadily toward a “public health nightmare” if marijuana is legalized, according to officials from New Futures and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.
