Police say man tried to take pictures of woman in UNH shower

DURHAM — University of New Hampshire police are searching for someone they say tried to take pictures of a student while she was showering.

The woman was showering about 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at Randall Hall when someone she believed to be a man was holding an iPhone over her shower stall trying to take pictures of her, police said in an alert sent to students living in and near Randall Hall and posted on the UNH police website.

The woman told police that she saw a stool had been placed in the stall adjacent to hers, the alert said.

The person is described as white, believed to be a male wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and using an iPhone with a "minion" sticker on its back side.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call campus police 862-1427.
