The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Lonnie Eugene Jones as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Jones, 46, is wanted on warrants from Hillsborough County for a parole violation on original offenses of second-degree assault and simple assault. Jones, a.k.a. Lawrence Jones, is described as 5-feet-11, 168 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. He has tattoos on both shoulders and both upper arms. He has ties to the Nashua area.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632 or call 1-877-WANTED-2 or text "NHTIP" with any information to TIP411.
