County attorney can’t honor request to notify former defendants of decades-old lie
NASHUA – County Attorney Patricia LaFrance said she simply can’t honor a request by the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union to review the files of defendants whose cases may have been affected by a 30-year-old lie.
