Shortly before 1:30 a.m., police were called to the Beacon Street West parking lot after receiving a call that a man had been stabbed.

Police said witnesses reported that the victim had been in an argument with Travis Dunn, 24, in the parking lot. The witnesses said Dunn pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to Lakes Region General Hospital for treatment.

Laconia Police are looking for help tracking down Dunn and have asked anyone with information to call the police Crimeline at (603) 524-1717.
