Portsmouth Herald: Elected officials should bow to bureaucrats on 5 mph speed limit increase




The N.H. Department of Transportation opposed the speed limit increase on I-93, but legislators passed it anyway. The DOT also opposes the 70 mph proposal for Route 101 and Interstate 89.
